I don't know about you, but I find it extremely difficult to convince my toddler to eat her veggies. Here is one of our favorite green juice recipes simple and easy to make and a great way sneak in some vegetables in their diet while enjoying this sweet fresh juice.

Ingredients:
2 fuji apple (or red apple of your choice)
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of kale
2-3 pineapple slices for more sweetness (optional)
This will make enough for 2 servings, cut recipe in half to make one.

Tip: If your toddler isn't too fond of the color, I trick and tell my daughter this was a special green juice sent from Poppy the Trolls (she falls for anything). The challenge is getting them to try it, once they do they will love it!
