This is simply the best cauliflower pizza crust made from scratch. It is gluten-free, low carb and packed with protein. Cauliflower pizza is my favorite cheat meal or a delicious meal for the entire family. The best way to sneak in some veggies without my toddler noticing a difference.
Ingredients:
1 small to med head of cauliflower - should make 2 cups once processed or a bag of frozen riced cauliflower.
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano

Mozzarella cheese
1 Egg
Tomato/ Pizza sauce
Toppings of your choice (optional)
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees you will need a cooking sheet spray down with non-stick butter spray.
Step 2: Cut off the florets of the cauliflower, place florets in food processor be careful not to over process and puree or use a cheese grader if you do not have and shred the cauliflower fine like rice.
Step 3: Cauliflower should come out looking almost like grain. (You can save these steps buy purchasing frozen riced cauliflower).

Step 10: Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 11: Put your pizza sauce on and toppings and cook on 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Tip: If you have a pizza stone this will help it get nice and crunchy.
